This hotel is perfect for family trips! The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — they handled every issue right away. At first, there was a problem with our room key, but the hotel immediately arranged two temporary rooms for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service was truly top-notch. It’s also very pet-friendly, which made our stay even better. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall environment of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. Plus, it’s located very close to the town, so everything is super convenient. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would love to stay at again!

Loved the location near walking paths and close to our conference. The condo was beautiful. It would've been nice to have at least some condiments like salt and pepper and maybe oil for when we want cook. The bedroom doesn't have any windows, but it does have a sliding patio door in the evening. I don't feel safe keeping the door open because it's facing the street side. So it would've been nice to have the screen door lock to get some fresh air.

We had a 2 BR/2 Bath 'gold' condo. It was a perfect for our family of 4 with teenagers. It has a full kitchen and coffee pot which was great. A W/D too. It came with toiletries and a hair dryer - that wasn't on the website and I didn't want to assume since it was a condo. The area is quiet. It a bit of a walk into Vail but the weather was great and the trail is a lovely walk. They have a free shuttle toom You may want to know the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs so of you can't do steps, this isn't for you. It was clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice and clean but we also experience not having AC throughout our whole stay as it seems others have as well. It wasn't too bad the first few nights because we found fans in the closets so we used them but the last night it was really hot and we could not reach anyone plus we did not want to stay up all night waiting for someone to come and show up. I did let them know when we checked out but we were not compensated in any way and all we were told is that they would let management know. There was also no follow up after our stay from anyone. This was very disappointing because we were looking for a place to use for future stays.

Made the wrong decision of staying here. We checked into our platinum three bedroom suite at 4pm as that was the check in time. The suite or penthouse as they call it was HOT. This is July when the temperatures can reach the 70’s!The air conditioning was not working and the ice maker in the refrigerator was also not working. We called the office and realized that their office closes at 4pm! The check in time is 4pm, so if anything is wrong then there is no one to reach out to. The hotel staff was indifferent as they are not responsible for the vacation rentals even though it’s under the Hyatt management. The kitchen is poorly equipped. Such a mistake to have booked in this place! No one bothered to fix the ice maker or the air conditioning during our three night stay.

Cancellation policy is purposely misleading. Tried to find other alternatives with the hotel but they had minimum nights and crazy high winter rates.

Disappointed. My least favourite brand in Hyatt's various hotels is the Destination by Hyatt. Staff are pretty great, and dining options are good but the rooms are old, and uncleaned. I checked into this hotel recently to find old and dirty dust sitting on the corners of the bathroom. Please keep your rooms clean.

Vail Residences is an upscale resort hotel with a good location and nice views. Some rooms face the highway, which is very noisy, so you can’t open the windows at night if you would like to. The air condition is effective and quiet. The hotel features a gym, many outdoor sports activities, and outdoor pool area, and excellent conferencing possibilities. The hotel is not located at a walking distance from the Vail town center. The breakfast is very good, and the food in the hotel in general is very good. There is a small convenience store and café. The lobby features a champagne vending machine, which we found a fun feature. The staff is friendly, but seem a bit inexperienced, particularly in the bar area. The rooms are very nice, very clean, and the bed is excellent. The bathroom and shower is very spacious and well planned. All in all this is a very good hotel that would get five stars from us if the staff had been better trained.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The rooms were the typical two queen bed room but we had a walk out patio that took us to an amazing outdoor view. Very serene! This hotel is very kid friendly. They have a gaming room with two Foosball tables, three giant tv with Xbox, and PS5. They also provide board games for families to play. They have a fully stocked market that sells wine and beer. The market also makes easy breakfast and lunch items for reasonable "Vail" prices. The outdoor space is amazing with their pool (we did not swim). Plenty of walking trails close by to check out scenic views. Highly recommend

Included valet and ski valet, big bonus! Staff are incredibly helpful - even personally drove to pick up stranded guests. Outstanding service!! Pulling back one star though because the condo itself was lacking some basic necessities like regular drinking glasses, salt and pepper (pretty common for these places), dish soap, etc. Also, the hot tub failed one night (I reset it myself), the oven was broken (they offered a replacement room but we really didn't want to go through the hassle of moving), and other somewhat minor annoyances. It was a great stay, just not 5-star perfect.
