Payton, Carter , Lilly, Dillon are excellent bike technicians and their customer service is unmatched. Got me on the mountain in a timely manner and fully educated of the mountain. Highly recommend.

This is the best place to rent a bike in all of vail the staff is amazing helped me pick the perfect bike and had all the gear too. Dillion and carter went over to the lift office with me to help me get my employee pass and even though i couldn’t get it i was still able to get lift tickets after some persuading from them. Carter specifically helped me build the confidence to do old 9 line and baileys bailout which i never thought id be able to do this store has some of the best staff, bikes, and gear 10/10 will definitely rent from here more.

Steven was incredibly helpful when fitting my skis. He took the time to make sure everything was exactly right and was so accommodating throughout the whole process. He really cared about getting the fit perfect, which makes such a big difference on the mountain. The right fitting truly changes the whole skiing experience, and Steven made sure I was set up properly. It was such a kind and thoughtful level of service. Fantastic experiences at this place. My first year skiing and I'll keep coming back here to rent. First, this place is very convenient to all the group lessons meet spot at Lionshead by the gondola. But the best thing about this shop is the caring and knowledgeable staff who bent backwards to meet my needs this year to have the best time on the mountain. Staff works their hearts out with tons of people every day but by Kiara's demeanor I felt from the start like the most important guest on the mountain and she fit my boot like a glove. As a first timer, I had no idea what to ask for and from the boot fit to a special ski length I learned I required after consulting with Dylan - my beginners lesson were a success! But hey after the first day on the mountain, I have an issue with my right foot and the boot adjustments would not help. After relentlessly trying at least half dozen brands, never mind, here comes Steven and solves the problem big time with a comfort boot in my large size that made my season (thanks man) as I was able to progress with no pain before I buy my own custom boots gas realistically is the only other solution given the extent of my foot problemh and that rentals anywhere are just standard fit items. The second time I came back to the mountain I requested the same gear to continue my progressing where I left it off and with Steven remembering my for problem, he finds this boot elsewhere and Tadeo ran to another shop to bring me the same boot in minutes, while Dylan had my exact same ski ready! And then so I don't be late to my lessons Dillon quickly resolved my payment issues at the checkout as cherry on top. From my experiences here, you'll be hard pressed to find a place that will give the maximum love and caring you'll receive from all the great staff at this place! Also, don't forget how hard the staff works here with the volume of daily traffic and show them some love back - if you cannot afford tips they deserve, at least try to reciprocate half the kindness you receive from them: it goes a long way! Me and my family have been renting from Arrabelle location for past 3 years and every time had a great experience. The manager was really taking great care of us! We got our skis sharpened and freshly waxed, and ready for the slopes.

Staff was fantastic! No wait, very helpful. I had a strap on one of my binding that was starting to tear. I was concerned it would happen while up on the mountain. Popped in hoping they would have a spare. Dylan was great, he went to the back to search through their spare parts bin and bingo, returned with exactly what I needed. While he was gone, at least 2 other employees stopped to ask if I needed anything. Very attentive and helpful staff, would definitely recommend. Shout out to Dylan! He swapped the strap, gave the board a quick wax, and I was on my way in no time. Thanks again, Dylan!

My snowboard binding clip broke and they replaced it for free. Would have had to rent a board otherwise. Very clutch, excellent service.

Dillon was absolutely next level awesome! I walked into Vail Sports Arabelle already flustered after a long travel day and realizing I had messed up my rental plans. I was expecting a quick no and to be sent on my way, but instead the staff immediately stepped in to help me sort everything out. Dillon took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and calmly worked through my situation until we had a solid plan. What could have been a stressful headache turned into something totally manageable because of his attitude and effort. The boot fitting team was just as impressive. I have always struggled to find boots that actually feel right, and they did not rush the process at all. They brought out multiple options, made adjustments, and checked in constantly to be sure everything felt comfortable. I never felt like an inconvenience, even though it took some time to get it right. Overall the entire team went above and beyond, and it honestly changed how my trip started. I would absolutely come back and recommend this location to anyone visiting Vail.

Steven was absolutely incredible! It was our first time skiing and he helped us with equipment recommendations and fitting. He even told us about the "miracle boots". The staff was amazing! They helped my boyfriend and I get prepped up for our ski lesson (we were running behind) but were able to make up for time and made it on time for our lesson. So thank you do the excellent service!
