Great communication. Property was very very clean. They had people come in mid-week for tidy up cleaning and they did small things beyond just running the sweeper that were unexpected (ie refilled humidifiers in the bedrooms, folded our laundry left in the dryer, emptied the dishwasher). The property we rented was extremely well stocked with premium supplies (paper towels, coffee, kitchen supplies, etc). It was nice not to have to buy parchment paper or foil for 1 or 2 meals we did at the house.

We can’t say enough great things about this home and the rental company. We stayed here for a very long ski weekend with two other families. The location was super close to the lift. Maybe a 5-7 minute walk. The layout of the house was perfect for 3 families. We each got our own room and full bathroom. The kids had the whole upstairs bunk room with their own bathroom and sitting area. A couple things make this place heads and shoulders better than any other rental we have ever had. First, the communication from the rental company. They made sure we were all set with arrival details and checked if we were happy and had any issues. Prompt attention to a couple minor issues (which could have waited but they fixed in less than half a day). They brought us a welcome gift. Second, the home is fully stocked. And by that I mean, FULLY stocked with quality (name brand) items like toilet paper and paper towels. So many rentals leave one roll of dollar store paper goods - but not here! All bathrooms had quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We were all SO appreciative! And third, the house was exceptionally clean. We have high standards for cleanliness and this place exceeded any wants or needs. We would love to stay here in the future and one thousand percent recommend this rental. Thank you

This house is amazing - beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need from the coffee and tea station to the boot warmers to the hot tub right outside the kitchen. Its a perfect house for a family ski trip. And Moving Montains provides first class customer service. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience renting in Vail through Moving Mountains. The Condo was as advertised and all necessary items already here. Mathieu went out of his way to help us settle in—even helping to lug our luggage up a couple flights of stairs! Happy customer and will return!

I recently stayed at the Excelsior Lodge in Beaver Creek, Colorado and I must say it was a five-star experience from start to finish. The lodge was warm and inviting, with a cozy fireplace in the common area that made for a perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The hot tub was a delightful bonus, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains while providing much-needed relief to my tired muscles. The ski storage room was convenient and made it easy to get on and off the slopes without having to carry my gear around. The staff was also exceptional, always eager to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, the Excelsior Lodge exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable ski vacation. If you're looking for a place to stay in Beaver Creek that combines comfort, convenience, and unbeatable views, this is it!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Stag Lodge. The mountain home provided the perfect balance of elegance and comfort, with both privacy and spacious common areas. We appreciated the attention to detail, including well-stocked supplies and spa-like amenities. We used the home for a 12 person family reunion/ski trip. Highlights of the house were the gourmet kitchen since we enjoyed cooking every meal, the high ceiling/fireplace room (without a TV!) so we called it the reading/napping room, and the incredible media room where we watched the Olympics and the Super Bowl in style. Skiers really liked the easy access to shuttle service and hot-tub. Moving Mountains team was great to work with and responsive to all questions, service requests. Would definitely book with them again.
