We had a fantastic time. Blanca to great care checking us in and going over the details of our stay. Blanca is very dedicated to make sure we knew about the parking fee of $45 and how to access the underground parking space. Plus all the amenities of the hotel. We enjoyed sitting in the Eagles Nest on the 4th floor just relaxing and taking in the view. We plan to come back and enjoy the BIG hot tub, forgot our suits. She also shared the hotel shuttle bus could take us to the Vail village and bring us back to the hotel later. We tried the Aspen Rose German restaurant in the village, great Schnitzel and Schweinabraten. Our shuttle driver was spot on. Great driver, opened the door for us. Made sure we were buckled up. Had a good time in the van. Good music too. The other star was the bartender, Miss Lisa. She also took great care of us. If we had not already eaten the evening menu looked very good. Miss Lisa is all smiles all the time and very respectful. My wife and I had a great time throughout the entire stay. Thank You team Marriott!

Your audit guy could use a lesson in guest services. I'm only giving a 10 because everything else besides his lack of skills was excellent! The shuttle driver went above and beyond to help me and my family and I will forever be grateful to him. The lady who checked us in even made sure my boys had a beautiful view of the mountains. Thank y'all so much!

Everyone was super helpful and super friendly first time coming to vail. Gave me information where to go what to do here. I decided to stay one more night, Rosie, the lady in housekeeping Asked if I needed my room to be clean or towels or if I needed anything just to let her know Super friendly. Food was great just like any other buffet style breakfast. I was able to barbecue at night barbecue. They had every tool to be able to use it. Very beautiful with a beautiful view.

Stopped here for the night as it was our halfway point home. Booking was simple, as well as our extremely late check-in. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating with our ESA. There was underground, climate-controlled parking and several charging stations available for our EV. The room itself was fantastic! GORGEOUS view of the mountain with a little noise from the highway but I find that soothing. We were on the same floor as the patio/rooftop access. There was a kitchenette if you wanted to cook. The shower was so clean, and lovely, and so needed after 13 hours of driving. There are toiletries available if you forgot yours or don't want to dig them out of your luggage. The bed was perfect! And, I'm not just saying that because I was tired. I'm writing this review a week later. The firmness of the mattress and fluffiness of the pillows were to my liking. The breakfast was good, too. Solid A+ and what a great price for such a beautifully designed hotel!

I had a great stay at the residence and would definitely come back. The covered parking was a huge plus and made everything really convenient, especially coming and going throughout the day. The hot tub area was very welcoming and well-maintained, and the balcony was a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, which made the stay even better. Breakfast being included was a really nice touch and made mornings easy. Overall, everything felt well thought out, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay.

Excellent location, easy access rooms are clean and very well laid out with kitchenette, updated bathrooms, comfortable beds as far as the staff Bianca at the front desk is a fantastic employee and help me redeem a gift card that no one else could figure out how to use. she took the time to make sure that I got the best service possible. Thank you again for a wonderful day. We’ll definitely book again.

Amazing place to stay! My husband had surgery in Vail and we were there a couple days later after surgery. It was the perfect place everything we needed to feel at home. A stocked kitchen was amazing we could cook and just be comfortable. The staff were amazing and very helpful. With very clean rooms. The staff gave us whatever we needed and was a pleasure stay. The only thing that I would recommend is a discount for hospital patients like some other hotels in vail. Being connected to the hospital is huge especially with the amenities you guys offer. It felt like a little apartment and like at home. People who come out of town for surgery don’t have a choice to stay there. So some kind of benefit would’ve awesome. We definitely will stay here again

We are very happy with the convenience offered by the Residence Inn at Vail. The large suites, free breakfasts, amazing workout room, ski storage areas along with the underground parking are very appreciated. The shuttle drivers are so accommodating-taking passengers to Lions Head and Vail Village every 15 minutes. A special shout out to Christian, the evening shuttle driver who was so helpful during our stay.

This place is fantastic. The decor is pleasant, it’s spotlessly clean and the staff was courteous. The shuttle to the lifts was convenient and we never waited more than 10 minutes. It’s also nice to shuttle to dinner or drinks. We all enjoyed the oversized hot tub, especially the kids.

I had a great experience at this hotel, and I would especially like to recognize Robert for his outstanding service. He was extremely professional, calm, and efficient throughout my stay, and his attitude made me feel genuinely welcomed and respected as a guest. Robert handled everything with patience and a strong sense of service, clearly understanding how to communicate with guests and resolve matters properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and understands what true hospitality means. Interactions like this are exactly why guests choose to return to a hotel. Robert represents the standard that every hotel professional should aim for. Because of him, my overall impression of this hotel was very positive, and I would happily stay here again.
