The unit was perfect for what we needed and the staff is always helpful!

Our favorite place to stay. This is our 11th year and the staff at Vail International always delivers. Amazing people with amazing service. Giant hot tub and pool overlook the born free run. Great after a long day on the slopes. Amazing to see at night. 5 min bus ride to Vail Village and 5 min walk to Lionshead gondola. No need for a car your entire stay.

The people that work the front desk are the absolute worst humans. So unhelpful and rude. The units are awful, dirty place. Lots of the guests smoking everywhere, not safe for kids. Beware.

Since the trees have been molested and chopped up in the back, this place has lost its charm. It’s a total joke and good for crack heads that turn pine trees into wannabe palm trees. Management is ignorant.

Expensive accommodations for a less than average condo. Vail International was NOT easy to deal with. I emailed the host to ask for a late check out and was rudely told they could only give me an extra hour. They were too busy and short staffed. Took 3 calls to Airbnb to get that answer. I would find a better place to spend your money. One that appreciates its customers!!!!

Good afternoon, We stayed at this condo from July 1st through July 5th. This is the fifth time that my husband and I stayed in Vail. This is the first time that I was really disappointed with where we stayed. The first night that we were there the sink in the back bathroom faucet was leaking along with outdated kitchen appliances that some what did not work. There was no washer or dryer. None of the screen doors were on its tracks. The pillows on the couch were dirty and had some sort of crusty stuff on it. My cousin stayed in 001 and they had major problems with water leaking in the kitchen and the walls were soaked. Our biggest issues were with the noise levels. There were very loud groups that had overtaken the pool and hot tub area for the first 3 days. Then after the pool closed they were yelling in the halls and in the condo above us. We could not get the wet sauna to work at all. Men’s or woman’s. Your grills did not work when we tried to grill out on July 3rd. There were other minor things with your halls and stairways but I think you get where we are going. This is truly the worst place that we have stayed out of all of the other places we have stayed before. I am sure that you do not care but we will never stay in your facility again and we will never tell anyone to stay with your facility. Sincerely, Ver dissatisfied customer

Wonderful condo with view of gondolas and people skiing on the mountain! The hot tub and grills are great. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and lots of space to lounge in living area with huge sectional. My son wants to return with friends next year. We were here for a wedding and the location was perfect.

Really wonderful condo! Tight bathrooms, but otherwise very nice. Excellent care of the pool and hot tub daily. Outstanding gentleman in the checking desk. Not too much noise. Great little fitness center we did not use but wish I would’ve! Only downside is that this is most definitely not ski in ski out. I don’t know who listed it that way for our rental but this was *quite a trek for some of us esp returning at the end of the day in a mask, uphill in ski boots. :( Traffic makes it harder at times. Shuttle reroute for Covid not helpful. :/ Otherwise recommended.

We had a great stay for some summer Vail fun with family in town. We had an unexpected issue in the middle of our first night (flying wildlife interruption - not the property's fault but still distressing) that caused us to have to move everyone at midnight. The management were fantastic and handled the situation smoothly - in short, they did everything right to make it right and are always friendly and helpful. The condos themselves were perfect for our group - typical mountain decor, plenty of room, easy access to Lionshead and the Village.

Spent a week at the Vail International Condos over the holidays with my husband and two kids and what a great week we had. Thank you mother nature for the snow and Vail International for the warm accommodations. This condo building couldn't be set in a more perfect location. It's located between the two Villages, Lionshead and Vail Village, right behind the indoor ice arena and library. Both great activities for the kids. Less than 5 min walk to the slopes and right on the bus line if you prefer. There is ample parking for friends to visit. The management was super helpful and kind and our condo had the perfect view of the slopes. Kids had a blast in the outdoor pool and hot tub. We will be back!
