Came to Vail for the opening of Zuma and stayed at this hotel. Everything was amazing! The service was exceptional from the whole team - Valet, reception, housekeeping and the on-site restaurants. It is also one of the only pet-friendly hotels in Vail, so it was perfect for me and my Pomeranian, Moose. They even provided and bed, bowls and treats for him which was a very nice touch. The location is very central. It's right of the it i-70 and you can walk right into Vail Village from a few different doors. The new Zuma is incredible and a great addition to the town. Their lobby bar The Gambit is also great for a Martini. Can't wait to be back!

Absolutely beautiful resort and hotel all of the amenities were top-notch & service was amazing! Location was fabulous! Walking distance to incredible shopping restaurants anything you could possibly want to do. The Gammit bar had great drinks, appetizers and desserts as well. The hotel even has an Easter Bunny and egg hunt for the kids it was an all around excellent experience! We will definitely be back and highly recommend

I had a rough start with issues like no hot water and no AC, and I honestly wasn’t sure I was going to stay let alone come back. But Richard at the front desk completely turned the experience around. From the moment we spoke, he knew my name, as well as my wife’s and kids’, and made a genuine effort to check in on how our stay was going. On top of that, he sent up chicken noodle soup with a stuffed animal to our room when one of our kids was feeling under the weather—without us even asking or expecting anything. His service was intuitive, thoughtful, and most importantly, he genuinely cared. What started off as a disappointing stay ended up being memorable for all the right reasons. I will 100% be back. The Sebastian – Vail is unlike any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, largely because of the unbelievably friendly, dialed-in service—anything you need, they’re already on it, including taking your skis and boots straight down to Base Camp for you. The rooms are super comfortable with great views and an ideal location, but the amenities really push it over the top: the hot tubs are fantastic with plenty of space and never feel overcrowded, and the bar has an awesome vibe with great drinks and live music that keeps things lively without being chaotic. The lobby is thoughtfully laid out with multiple cozy spots to relax and hang out, and the spa is a great bonus for unwinding after a long ski day. If you’re coming to Vail and want a truly elevated, stress-free experience, I can’t recommend The Sebastian enough.

What an amazing experience! I am a very neat freak person and this hotel has exceeded my expectations in that regard. The service has been beyond amazing everyone has been so welcoming and caring. The hotel is super kid friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough

We stopped by The Sebastian – Vail as part of the Vail hot chocolate trail. They technically were not open yet, but the concierge went out of their way to make it happen for us. The hot chocolate was delicious and the service was genuinely warm and welcoming. We sipped the hot cocoa in their beautiful library. A great first impression and much appreciated hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay - the location is awesome and the rooms were spacious and super comfortable. Chadwick and Austin made us feel super welcome at the bar, like regulars right on our first stay. Great that it is pet friendly. Did encounter a lack of hot water issue our last morning, but the hotel did credit some things to ease the frustration.

I travel a lot with family due to sports, work and play. The staff at Sebastian are the friendliest, most helpful people in the industry. They treat you with manners, respect and bend over backwards to help out. On my last trip, I'd like to point out Adriana M at the front desk and Mark at the concierge that helped me out immensely. Superb experience from start to finish. The property is immaculate, the service is seamless, and every detail feels thoughtfully executed. Concierge: Mark was exceptional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. His recommendations around Vail were spot-on every time. Rooms: Extremely clean with luxurious towels, high-quality amenities, and an overall sense of comfort and refinement. The Gambit Bar: Speakeasy-style atmosphere with an excellent selection of draft beers and wines. Great vibe, great service, and consistently impressive. The Sebastian truly knocks it out of the park. The Sebastian-Vail was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better — just a short 5-minute walk to everything in the village. The on-site gym, restaurant, and hotel bar are all fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make my family feel at home and even helped plan our dining experiences around Vail. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained by housekeeping. My only complaint? I wish we could’ve stayed longer! If you’re planning a Vail getaway, this is the place to stay.
