We’ve been staying at the Vail Spa for many years, always with a large multi-aged group, and the staff is always incredibly kind and accommodating. They’re happy to help with anything—from accepting packages to extra cleanings—and are especially friendly to our children. The condos are clean and comfortable, the pools and jacuzzis are great, and it’s such an easy walk to the mountain. It’s the perfect home base for our annual family reunion on the slopes. Highly recommend!

Vail Spa is a great option for staying in Vail. Personally, I like that it’s not right in the middle of Vail Village or Lionshead, but it’s only a short walk or bus ride to get those spots. No other place has the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub options, a private tennis court, covered parking, and very spacious rooms. The staff is also very friendly as well. Couldn’t recommend Vail Spa enough for a winter or summer getaway.

We have stayed at Vail Spa Condominiums on two occasions, and each visit has exceeded our expectations. The property offers an exceptional experience with beautifully maintained condos and a prime location near Lionshead Village, just steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola (19). Conveniently, a town bus stop is also located directly in front of the property. The amenities are outstanding, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools, a relaxing jacuzzi, and well-kept common areas. The front desk staff consistently provide warm, professional, and attentive service. From the moment we arrived, every team member treated us with genuine courtesy and respect, making us feel truly valued as guests. In particular, Manager Jessica and receptionists Ivy and Kelly stood out for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond. Other staff members—though I cannot recall all of their names—were equally attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, this has been one of the most enjoyable lodging experiences we’ve had in Vail. I left extremely satisfied and look forward to returning again.

I’ve been staying at Vail Spa for years now, and it has been consistently pleasant. Even thought the building is older, it somehow keeps a timeless feel to it. Proximity to Lionshead Village, friendly staff and free (machine) coffee make our visit to Vail comfortable and welcoming year after year.

Bill bus stops directly in front of the lobby. Complimentary coffee always there. Hard to beat the location for skiing

Some of the units are showing their age. Quality of accommodations varies by unit. Some have been recently upgraded, but others need to be. However, none are terrible. Overall the property is well maintained. Staff is helpful ad friendly.
