Gravity Haus Vail consistently receives positive reviews, highlighting its prime location in the heart of Vail Village, exceptional staff, and a vibrant atmosphere. Guests frequently praise the comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and convenient access to outdoor activities and the local village. While some concerns relate to parking and occasional room temperature inconsistencies, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.
We absolutely loved our stay at Gravity Haus Vail! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Vail Village, with everything just a short walk away. The staff was fantastic throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend it by an extra night. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms were comfortable, and it was the perfect base for our family to explore Vail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Gravity Haus Vail is a great hotel in a fantastic location. The room was spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep after a day out. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and made for an enjoyable stay. The only downside was the parking, which was a bit of a hassle and could definitely be more convenient. Other than that, I had a great experience and would stay here again.
We had such a wonderful stay at Gravity Haus Vail! Under Martinez’s leadership, we felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Allan and Ryan at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and accommodated throughout our stay for my new born. As a mother, really took off all the stress. This trip was especially meaningful as we celebrated our first child’s first Fourth of July, and the team helped make it truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Ryan for going the extra mile to help our family—it meant so much to us. Everyone on the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our experience special. We can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding hospitality and look forward to coming back!
Our stay every time is 5/5, and this trip Ryan made it special by accommodating us and our pup - something that GH always does so well. He was so nice and sweet with our pup, and so attentive. The coffee, food, and accommodation were fantastic, per usual. We always love our stay at Vail GH! The staff and food are always a highlight. We’ve stayed in just about every room/configuration at this point and are very happy with everything - and of course you cannot beat the location, in combination with the price and quality.
"Incredible stay — Ryan and the team went above and beyond" We had an outstanding two-night stay at Gravity Haus Vail. Ryan at the front desk and valet was exceptionally attentive and accommodating throughout our entire visit. He truly went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of Vail, steps from everything you need, and tucked just behind the river. The setting alone makes it worth it. Overall, a genuinely incredible experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vail. You won't be disappointed.
Had a great stay in Vail, very relaxing atmosphere. Ryan at the front desk was so helpful with everything! He helped with baggage, dining recommendations, valet and more. Great location right by the river and the wellness areas were beautiful! The restaurant and bar were also wonderful!
Tonight will be 4th night of 4 night stay and it's overall been pretty good until today, would have given 3.5 but not an option. some areas for improvement: -We’re here because my friend is working at hospital. A couple weeks ago they gave him off season discount, so he called prior to this stay saying why he’s here and assuming rate they gave over phone was best. I then saw we could have saved almost $400 booking online, luckily they let us cancel and rebook but it was kinda avoidable hassle to spend time on. -Rooms don't have room darkening/blackout shades. more translucent than most hotels so lots of light in a.m. -Music from gym below is SO loud in 'focus work area' today that it defeats purpose of being a focus work area when I hear gym music word for word. wish I packed better noise canceling headphones. I also don't really understand why gyms blast music when 99.99% of people listen to their own music when they workout. 'focus work area' is also always much hotter than rest of coworking space but that's minor complaint. -Fridge in room froze my food so had to throw it out the first morning. didn't see any option to adjust fridge temp like other hotel fridges so moved some stuff around and reported it to front desk today. they said they'd check it out, but I just went back up to room hours later and opened a can of soda only to realize that it had also frozen, so it exploded all over me and the room. -when we checked in Monday they said slope room would be open at 5. Came down to eat at 5:30 and asked why it was closed, she said she forgot it doesn’t open till Wednesday -Room temp system is confusing to say the least. there are 3 different systems on the wall lol, never seen that before. the last time we stayed here they at least had instructions but not this time. The first couple nights we'd set it for like 69/70 and wake up to it being 53 or 57. Engineering came in yesterday and kind of explained it better. bathroom floor heating didn't seem to work, not a big deal. -No microwave access -room TV hasn't been working today but I think that's xfinity issue -WiFi in coworking space was down for couple hours today, maybe that’s also Xfinity but when I told coworking front desk the guy just said “yeah we’re having issues” and didn’t apologize or give eta to fix it so was annoying to just keep refreshing. Now it’s back but seems to be spotty, super annoying and almost edited review to be a 3 but my friend said it’s working fine for him now The positives: -Beds are super comfy. -nice deep tub -breakfast burrito good, my friend liked the 3 course dinner -Housekeeping is thorough, attentive, etc. -Great value to stay especially this time of year and have it also include coworking space, great gym classes, etc. -Almost everyone at the front desk is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Ryan, Roco (?), Taylor, taller guy who wears plaid and glasses who was being trained, another guy who was training him who helped me switch reservation, even overnight staff were great...I came down at 2am needing Advil. surprisingly the only negative hotel staff experience I had was w/ guy I think is manager (wears black vest, bit shorter, black hair, glasses, saw him in staff meeting today)...on Tuesday I had a couple amazon packages that said they'd been delivered 30 minutes ago...he told me they didn't have them and told me often amazon says packages are delivered before they actually are...which in my experience has never happened. he didn't really offer any solution or try to help, and seemed to shrug it off as I stood there confused looking at my amazon app. luckily one of the woman overhead and said "I can check downstairs", she came back up a couple minutes later holding my packages along with many others. the guy saw this and didn't apologize. different guy at gym front desk similarly shrugged when I had a question about ordering from unravel coffee today.
Dear Gravity Haus Team, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding the cancellation charge tied to my reservation and wanted to sincerely ask if there is any possibility of reconsideration, partial reimbursement, or even a future stay credit. This situation has created a major financial hardship for me. The amount charged was money I had set aside for rent, groceries, and essential bills, and I’m honestly in a very difficult position because of it. Right now, I’m worried about how I’m going to provide for my children and cover basic necessities. I would not normally ask, but I’m trying my best to avoid falling further behind financially and I’m hoping there may be some compassion or flexibility available.Since the reservation was canceled ahead of the stay, I’m hopeful there may have still been an opportunity for the room to be rebooked. I completely understand businesses have policies and operating costs, and I truly respect that. I’m simply asking if there is anything that can be done to help in this situation. I chose Gravity Haus because of the amazing reputation and experience your brand offers, and I would genuinely appreciate any understanding or assistance your team may be able to provide. Thank you so much for your time and consideration. It truly means a lot. I reach out vail call and email and I can’t seem to get contact with nobody that can help me.
I had an amazing experience at Gravity Haus and can’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere is welcoming, modern, and thoughtfully designed—perfect whether you’re there to relax, work, or connect with others. Everything from the amenities to the overall vibe made it feel like a truly elevated stay. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service—especially from Rocco. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel taken care of. It’s rare to come across that level of hospitality, and it made a great experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend Gravity Haus to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and outstanding service.
elevator was broken during entire 4 day stay. be prepared to live in a 5 story walkup at altitude. might not be fixed even now. hard pass
