Please do not bring your family here. I am extremely disappointed by this stay and management. I bought groceries for my whole family to eat in and the oven in the unit didn’t work. When I talked to management, they were unwilling to help at all. I hate wasting food and money. The condo itself is beat down, old, and feels dirty. I will never take my family here again.

Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing and Poor Conditions We were very disappointed with our stay. The photos online were completely misleading—what we walked into looked nothing like what was advertised. The unit was hot and stuffy, with the only bedroom window opening just a couple of inches, offering no real ventilation. Cleanliness was another major issue. There were weed crumbs on the comforter in the main bedroom, and the floors clearly hadn’t been swept before our arrival. It didn’t feel clean or cared for. The TV in the main room took nearly an hour just to get set up in English, which made relaxing in the space even more frustrating. Overall, the condition of the property and the deceptive nature of the listing left us feeling disappointed and uncomfortable during our stay. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Quiet. On-site access to free Vail bus service. Great views. Very clean and up to date. Great amenities.

This place is spacious and is in the best part of vail with locked parking . It was pretty quiet too and the gym was alright .But there is no ac in any rooms if you come during summer beware you might melt lol. They have fans but in 90 degree weather it’s ridiculous not to have an ac .

The room was 2 stories and very spacious. There were 3 beds in total and a kitchen with lots of equipment. There were 2 bathrooms and 3 tvs. There is also a nice, relaxing hot tub to relax in after a long day of skiing. The shuttles come often, about every 10 minutes. Everything about the hotel is really nice. The one problem is the cleanliness of the rooms. I saw hairs all over the beds. The tv remote was covered in boogers and food crumbs. The shower had hairs from past residents. It was only a minor inconvenience for us, but for other people it might be major. Other than that, all the other stuff was clean and it is definitely worth staying here!

The room we had was great, very spacious with a nice view. Hot tub inside and out were nice as well. Parking situation was a pain in the rear as you could only park in spots marked visitor and those spots were limited. As a note to management just take all the visitor spots of the wall and let everyone park in the spot associated with their room. The biggest disappointment was with the shuttle. The first few days it was great. The last few days one of the shuttles broke and management doesn’t understand the concept of flexibility. They would only do runs to Lions Head. FYI management, most people want to go to Vail village and it’s an extra 2 minutes. We paid a premium price for drop off shuttle service. Learn how to adapt to your situation and meet the customers need.

The check in was confusing and staff didn’t follow through with instructions for time until I called three times. I asked for a ski locker key after schlepping 5 people’s stuff to the locker and the guy who picked up the phone was grumpy and told me I was out of luck. The staff says they’ll do things they haven’t followed through on, and the bus driver just honked at me aggressively in the parking lot and yelled at me and my family as we were trying to get on.

Awesome place to stay. Only knit pick request would be to get the steam room more hot. It does not feel like any others I use
