Vail's Mountain Haus at the Covered Bridge... 7th time staying at Vail Mountain Haus for a fun long weekend ski get away meeting our son, his wife and 12 of their 28ish young ski friends. We sure wished that we could have stayed longer! The location was perfect and we love having a condo with a full kitchen located right in the village. Beds were super comfortable as were the couches/living area, and we enjoyed the balcony facing the creek and mountain. Hotel and condo were both very clean. You can walk anywhere and catch the shuttle across the street. Only a 5 minute walk to Gondola One ! We’ll be back again!

Embarrassing! Service AWFUL! Room AWFUL! Left and enjoyed the rest of my weekend at the Sebastian. Don’t waste your time and money with people who don’t want you there.

Very disappointed with my stay. I was put in the wrong room to begin with and then moved into a worse room. I spoke with Maddison, whatever she does there, on the phone and was promised I'd get my two-bedroom with a mountain view. Instead I had to spent the night in the smallest room in Vail with no view! Staff in the lobby was less than helpful!! NO REFUNDS!!!

Even though I own a private property in Vail , I have booked the Mountain Haus penthouses for several years over holidays for a larger group of family and friends to enjoy together. Always welcoming and engaging, the staff is marvelous, the units are clean and comfortably spacious and location just through the covered bridge over Gore Creek from the heart of Vail Village is perfect. Thank you, Iva, for always providing a satisfying experience for us.

My friends and I stayed in the 5 bedroom penthouse at Vail Mountain Haus for a weekend birthday celebration, and it was absolutely incredible. The penthouse was stunning - spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a beautiful balance of luxury and coziness. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered breathtaking views of the mountain - perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is also unbeatable, just steps from the heart of Vail Village and close to everything we needed. Whether you're planning a special occasion or just want a mountain getaway, I couldn’t recommend this place more. We would 100% stay here again.

Madison went above and beyond to welcome us throughout our stay! We loved the spa/ pool and the room was perfectly sized for a few nights. The location was perfect walking distance to the concert amphitheater and other fun spots in Vail. We will definitely be back!

Service is great! Front desk is super friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms on the South side have great views. The North side just looks at the $60 a night parking lot, but that's Vail.

+ the location is amazing. It’s a very nice boutique hotel + the amenities like free laundry, outdoor hot tub and drinks station are great + lots of free goodies like snacks and a tote bag + the staff were friendly + gym was nice - a couple of the the front desk staff during the daytime were not very friendly. I understand everyone has “off” days but I noticed the entire time we were there they just seemed irritated. The guy who was there for one of the late night shifts was very polite/kind though - the room we were placed in was super close to another room (even more so than normal) so we had a lot of noise due to the paper-thin walls

Very friendly and accommodating. Very clean with a rustic decor 2 bedroom with outdoor deck overlooking the creek and mountains. Perfectly situated in the center of everything.

The Mountain Haus is the perfect place to stay! The rooms are awesome, the views are awesome, they have a lounge downstairs in the building, and the staff was perfect! Madison did a wonderful job getting me and my family situated. She was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful. She was perfect all the way around! We will definitely be back to visit! ?????
