10+ experience. The staff really goes above and beyond with anything you need. Max, Collin, and Stephen were so accommodating from restaurant reservations, to shuttle service, returning our skis and beyond. The location was excellent and easy access to Gondola One and walking distance to everything. The room was perfect and cozy with morning and evening service. Ski Valet was a plus and our skis were at Gondola One for us every day. When we come back to Vail we will absolutely stay here again!

Their service is not what it used to be. Literally kept us waiting for check in for like 1hr with no response. Misleading information and just not the service that it used to be. Great location, though

The staff is excellent! Location convenient for skiing. The ski valet very helpful. Front desk extraordinarily friendly. We stayed in a lodge room and it worked for a couple, but very compact. No mini fridge or microwave included in price. Drawers in dresser were broken and need tepair room 590. The room has an adjoining door that was left open when we arrived. Noise traveded through this adjoining door from the other guests in that room.Our travel companions had a 3 bedroom unit that was very spacious, but decor very dated. Very comfortable for a large group. Cookies, cocoa in the afternoons was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was a bit weak for my taste. Overall a great ski accommodations.

I wish I could remember the exactly name of the front desk gentleman. I think was Ben. Anyways, he made sure my bf and I had a great stay. Very accommodating and very helpful. The room was clean, the jacuzzi is nice and the breakfast not bad at all. The coffee could be a bit stronger tho.ha But overall, a great little treasure in town. :)

Amanda was absolutely amazing. Super accommodating and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Room and hotel was clean. Breakfast wasn't too bad for a continental. Amazing location. I would 100% come back and recommend!

Kristen at the front desk, is an actual angel. Checked in late and she was so helpful, kind and gave us so many great recommendations. She was so thoughtful about all the amenities! She gave us 5 star service and after a long night of driving, it was so pleasant to deal with her. Clean rooms, affordable and great locations! Thank you Kristen!
