Highline Vail, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is a conveniently located offering warm hospitality and exceptional shuttle access to Vail Mountain. Guests consistently praise its friendly staff, clean rooms, and superb amenities, including large heated pools and hot tubs with heated boot storage.
I loved my stay here! I came here for a ski trip, the rental place within the hotel with rental storage was great, and the hot tub/pool/outdoor firepit area was lovely. The restaurant within the hotel was also super yummy and convenient. The room was clean, the lobby was very nice to hang out in. The highlight of this hotel is the shuttle service this hotel offers. Being able to get to multiple places on Vail mountain directly from the hotel (rarely having to wait more than 10 minutes) was truly a lifesaver! Overall, this hotel made my ski trip so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!
I loved my stay at Highline Vail. The staff led by the excellent GM Nicholas is very customer focused and that makes all the difference. Ryan at the front desk and Charlie in the shuttle are so friendly and knowledgeable. The other front desk folks are great too and just a pleasure to deal with. The people make all the difference and these folks made it a truly special stay. The gym, jacuzzi and the rooms are excellent and it's all topped off by the delicious DoubleTree cookies. I will be back.
Had a great stay at this hotel. The lobby and bar has a nice ambiance. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Nice touches like complementary sunscreen and lip balm. There was a coffee machine, and housekeeping was great at topping up the coffee capsules and water, as well as providing excellent cleaning on a daily basis. Food at the bar was decent. The gym was good and the outside hot tub was excellent - always really hot and it is huge! There was never an issue with having to queue for a space. Although the hotel is located a short drive from the slopes, the shuttle service is efficient and convenient. There is a large Safeway and a few restaurants nearby in easy walking distance if you don’t fancy wandering too far for dinner. Would recommend this hotel for a good stay at a reasonable price
Stayed here for the weekend and had a great experience. We really appreciated the shuttle service—it made getting to the ski resorts easy without having to deal with parking. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs. The pool and hot tub were excellent; the hot tub is very large, so it never felt crowded, and the pool was nicely heated. Pivot 62, the hotel restaurant, also offered good food and drinks. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
Our shuttle driver, Charles was so friendly. We loved him. Hotel is very clean, new built. They have outdoor jaccuzi. They offer warm cookies, sun screen and bunch of other stuff, but i wish they offered slippers too.
We had a great stay. The hotel went above and beyond by providing sunscreen and chapstick, which is definitely not normal for other hotels, but it was just what we needed for a week of skiing. The hotel also had a great location near relatively affordable restaurants which a shuttle on demand directly to the ski slopes. The hot tub was also excellent, although the chlorine levels were very high. The food at the hotel was also delicious and not too expensive compared to other nearby restaurants. The room had all the necessary amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, etc. The staff was also very friendly and ready to help whenever we needed something. Highly recommend!
Solid hotel all around. Clean rooms, good quality throughout, and very friendly, helpful staff. Gym and jacuzzi are in great shape and perfect after skiing. Lobby and common areas are cozy and well maintained. The ski room is super convenient. Heated boot storage makes a real difference—gear is always dry and warm, which makes mornings easy and comfortable. Shuttle runs every ~15 minutes and is way better than dealing with driving and parking around Vail. Fast, reliable, no stress. Very satisfied with the stay. Will definitely come back next season.
I want to start off by saying I would have gave 5 stars. Unfortunately I had to interact with Ryan at the front dest. Another down fall was not having running water in the morning, but I do understand things happen. I will say Sergio at the bar was fantastic. He was on top of things and was a delight to interact with. The same for who checked me in. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he had a australian accent. The rooms are very welcoming and comfortable. They could use a little love but nothing major to complain about. The heated pool and hot tub are a amazing retreat after a long day in the snow. For the area you can't beat the price with a free buss and parking.
We stopped here for a quick overnight on our road trip and it was perfect. It's a beautiful hotel right off of I-70. The bar and restaurant are great. Sergio made a great margarita and was super friendly! We'll be back!
After a long day of driving through Colorado, this looked to be the best hotel in the area. It certainly didn’t disappoint. Fast check in, and very friendly staff. I did have a minor issue with the room itself (TV wasn’t working) and when I talked to the front desk about it, they immediately changed me to a different room. I was expecting a similar room, but they upgraded me to a loft suite! How nice! It was a HUGE room, with a balcony! This hotel really knows how to treat their customers. I may also add that this hotel seems very “cozy” and is very warm and welcoming. The restaurant was conveniently located in the lobby area and had delicious chili and pizza. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. Thanks for a great experience!
